Shipping Policy (Daily Skin Habit)

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders that meet either of the following:

$150+ (before taxes, after discounts), or
-
3 or more products (after discounts)
If your order qualifies, free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout where available.
Please note:

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only.

If you choose an expedited option (when available), you will be responsible for the upgraded shipping cost.

We reserve the right to remove free shipping if an order is edited, partially cancelled, or returned in a way that causes the order to no longer meet the threshold.
Order Processing Time (Shipping Orders)
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During peak periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be longer.
Local Pickup (In-Person Pickup)
If you select Local Pickup at checkout, please allow 1 business day for your order to be prepared.
Local pickup is available only after you receive a “Ready for Pickup” confirmation email. Please do not arrive until you’ve received this confirmation.
When you arrive, please bring:

your order confirmation email (digital is fine), and
-
a valid photo ID (the name must match the order)

Pickup window / holding period:
We will hold local pickup orders for 7 days from the date of the “Ready for Pickup” email. If your order is not picked up within 7 days, it may be cancelled and restocked (subject to our Return Policy: all sales final except damaged/incorrect items).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary based on destination, weather, and carrier delays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to Canada.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at info@dailyskinhabit.com. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package is handed to the carrier, shipping and delivery are controlled by the carrier. If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

check with household members/neighbours,

check your mailbox/community box or concierge,

contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Packages / Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at info@dailyskinhabit.com with:

your order number, and
-
clear photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right in line with our Return Policy.
