Return Policy (All Sales Final)
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, dissatisfaction, incorrect product selection, or any other reason not related to damage/defect or order error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We have a 10-day return policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, which means you have 10 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

you received the wrong item
To help us evaluate your claim, we may request photos of the item and packaging, and your order number / proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds (If Approved)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
